South Wicklow Allianz Camogie Blitz

Pearse Park Arklow was the venue for  the Allianz Cumann Na mBunscol South schools Allianz Camoige Blitz. Girls from  Aughrim N.S. Crossbridge N.S Tinahely. Rathdrum N.S. Carnew and Bearna Chle N.S. Thomastown took part. The girls from Bearna Chle were the eventual winners and received  gold medals after defeating Carnew N.S. who received  the silver medals. Final score Bearna Chle  N.S.1-3  Carnew N.S.1-1.  There were also special awards for top performers from each school present  and they were presented to Natalie Farrell from Rathdrum G.N.S.Orla Keely Crossbridge N.S. Eva O'Brien Aughrim N.S. Aoibhin Myers  from Carnew N.S. and Derrin Cullen  Bearna Chle N.S.
