AGM

The Wicklow Cumann na mBunscol AGM will take place on Thursday the 3rd October in Lynhams Hotel, Laragh at 5.00 p.m. In light of the fact that many schools were represented at the recent Garden County Flag presentations we are asking that these schools make an extra effort to be present at this AGM. Many schools attend our blitzes, quizzes, sports days etc. and avail of the hard work that is being done on their behalf by the Cumann na mBunscol committee. Therefore we would appreciate it if school principals would appoint one teacher in their school to attend our AGM to give support and help in whatever way they can. This year, it is being held in Laragh to accommodate schools from the south and west. As with any committee, it is the same people we see from year to year and the same people who do all the work - new faces are essential to keep the work going!
