Gaelic Football Rocks Loughlinstown!

Body:

Over 130 boys From Bray, Greystones, Kilmac and Kilcoole took part in an indoor Gaelic Football Tournament for 3rd and 4th class boys. There was great excitement with all 3 indoor halls being used. For many of the boys this was their first time playing for their school team and boy did it show on their proud little faces.  What an honour! For 2 full hours we were treated to a feast of wonderful football. They played their hearts out and gave it their all. There was no half-time and it was straight on and off every 10minutes. Participation and fun were the order of the day.

Taking part from Bray were St. Cronans, St. Peters, St. Fergals and Gaelscoil Uí Chéadaigh. From Greystones we had St. Kevins, St. Brigids and Gaelscoil na gClocha Liath. Kilmacanogue National School and Kilcoole Primary School also took part. A special word of thanks to all the teachers who helped out on the day and particularly Dave Barry for all his organisation. Ní neart go cur le chéile!
