South Wicklow Allianz Boys Football League

Six schools from South Wicklow participated in the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol football blitz played in Pearse Park Arklow this week. Gaelscoil Inbhear Mhor, Crossbridge N.S, Avoca N.S., St. Josephs Templerainey Arklow, Tinahely N.S. and Sacred Heart National School Aughrim took part in the blitz. All the games were very entertaining with scores and skills of a very high standard.  Aughrim N.S., by winning all their games, along with St,Josephs Templerainey and Crossbridge N.S. have now qualified for the Div 1 County Finals. These finals will be played later this month in the Aughrim County Grounds.
