National Award Nominations

There was great excitement in the Garden County this week when we received the news that we had been shortlisted for the Cornmarket Cumann na mBunscol National Awards.  Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Chill Mhantáin has been shortlisted in the Public Relations Category and both Scoil Chualann, Bray and Kilcoole Primary School have both been nominated in the School of the Year category.  The Cornmarket Cumann na mBunscol Awards will take place in the Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny on Friday March 9th. The final results will be announced on the night and we wish all involved the very best of luck and we hope that good news will be coming to the Garden County.  To be nominated for such awards in this countrywide competition is a huge honour and is testament to the wonderful work being done in the county to promote Gaelic games and culture.
