Wicklow Times Participation Day (3rd and 4th Class Girls Football) is Up Next

The Girls Football Wicklow Times Participation Day Blitz for 3rd & 4th class takes place on Thursday 17th October at 11:45am in Bray Emmets GAA Club.  This is a non-competitive blitz with the emphasis on developing skills and encouraging girls to play football.  It is a 9-a-side blitz with no goalkeepers in play. It is points only scoring.  Schools are allowed to send more than one team.  If your school has any young whistlers trained, they are very welcome to some along and referee games. Please let Ronan Keddy, Oifigeach Peil na mBan know if you will be sending young whistlers. Due to the large number of teams expected, teachers may be asked to referee games.  Please confirm your schools attendance and how many teams at the Blitz by Wednesday 16th October by email or text (086-3021594).
